We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item, to return part or all goods.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

How to Arrange a Return:

Please send an email to info@lekevin.co.uk to inform us that you are returning the item(s) and include your full name and order number details.

Then return part or all of your order via recorded mail/courier to:

Ensure you keep the tracking information safe in case your shipment is delayed, lost or is returned to you. While rare, Le Kevin can not be held responsible for any future delay or loss of goods via third party shipping companies.

Processing your return

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving them.

Refunds

A refund will be made when:

The item(s) is returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Including your full name and order number.

While we make every effort to do this efficiently, returns that arrive without a prior email or contact and order information may delay this process.

The original charge for the item will be refunded via the original payment method.

No postage costs will be refunded.

It can take time for your bank or credit card company and any payment provider to process your refund.

Postage costs will be refunded if our packing team send out the wrong item. In these cases, please follow the advice above and email a copy of your postage/courier receipt. In return, we will amend the and send out the correct item and refund your return postage.

Non refundable rules:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased in a sale.

We do not accept returned gift cards.
